Expanding the workshop for apprentices

We’ve opened our new apprentice workshop at our headquarters, expanding it to 400 m² with a state-of-the-art training area. With this investment, we’re strengthening the development of future specialists in metal technology, electrical engineering, and process technology, placing a strong focus on industry-specific expertise.

For us, the investment in the training workshop is an investment in the future. It is crucial that we pass on our specialist knowledge and promote young talent at an early stage. This is the only way we can strengthen the Schwaz site in the long term and make our contribution to securing skilled workers in the region.

Strengthening the training of apprentices:
developing young talents and securing future skilled workers

Our new training workshop now spans 400 m², including a 100 m² training and automation area. We’re providing current and future apprentices with hands-on training in metal technology, electrical engineering, and process technology. At the moment, 27 out of our 42 apprentices are already benefiting from the new, state-of-the-art premises.

Innovative training environment for the skilled workers of tomorrow
Shaping the future together

With this new space, we’re placing special emphasis on practical training in key technologies. Our apprentices work in realistic conditions, getting early exposure to innovative machines and automation technologies. This ensures that our junior staff are well-prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
