Organisation
Where can work processes be shortened and redundant work avoided?
How can the workplace be organised more effectively?
Which reports are not read and why??
Briefly summarised: It's all about suggestions for improvement. New ideas from the team that will advance Tyrolit as a company are in high demand. These are submitted, reviewed and evaluated with a view to awarding bonuses. Once implemented, these suggestions for optimisation will benefit the entire company. The possibilities for improvement are numerous. Proposals can be submitted for permanent system, process, product and safety improvements, for shortening work processes or ideas for sustainable improvement of the working environment.
Infinite Potential – the Tyrolit Group sees unlimited possibilities in the efficient interaction between people and tools. Smooth interaction is ensured through continuous optimisation of the individual processes - thereby sustainably strengthening the company's future. The workforce plays a central role here. Who better to assess individual processes than the skilled workers who deal with the processes and machines on a daily basis and know the working environment inside out? Utilising the infinite potential of our own employees and promoting good ideas – this future-oriented attitude contributes to the success of the company.
Managing Ideas: From the initial idea to a prize-winning realisation
At Tyrolit, employees' ideas are a key component in increasing competitiveness. The global reorientation of the proven employee ideas programme is a further milestone on the way to a successful, shared future. The Managing Ideas team is looking forward to suggestions for future-oriented improvements. The process for inspired colleagues is simple and easy to implement: the suggestion for improvement, naturally with a precise description of the solution, is submitted individually or in groups by form or e-mail. The point of contact is the line manager directly or the Managing Ideas team. If the submission proves to be an idea worthy of a bonus, the amount of the bonus depends on the strength and internal benefit of the improvement.
Many minds develop many good ideas – this potential is inexhaustible.
Tyrolit recognises the importance of this and invests in the ideas of the employees. Process optimisation increases the company's productivity, profitability and competitiveness, thereby securing the basis for sustainable success.
A great example of that is the globally successful TYROLIT POWER range, based on the invention of longtime employee Bent Ankersen from Denmark. In his role as an application engineer he developed the brilliant idea of a sanding system that uses abrasive strips to prepare surfaces.
